This is the sign up page for Controlled Mail. The services provided are governed by Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Review both of these before completing the sign up process. Submission of the sign up request constitutes consent to both the Terms of Service and the Privacy policy.
Controlledmail.com provides SMTP sending services. Setup instructions or assistance will be provided for your e-mail client (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird. Webmail or mail receiving services are not offered. The standard service allows up to 50 e-mail messages to be sent per 24 hour period. E-mails may have up to 50 addressees. If this does not meet your needs, please ask, we also offer customized services.
Services are charged per e-mail address. The cost for service is US$5 per month billed on an annual basis and payable in advance. Controlledmail.com reserves the right to decline to accept applications for the service for any reason. If your service request is approved, you will be billed via Paypal (payments can be via the Paypal system or credit card - a Paypal account is not required). Alternative arrangements considered on request.
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Applications from European Union (EU) countries are currently only accepted for businesses, not from inidividuals due to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) regulations.
